1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the melbet platform and all of its services. By accessing melbetonline.cam or its mobile application, or by creating an account, the user is automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Until verification is complete, access to deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be limited. If age verification fails or incorrect information is found, the account and its balance will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at melbet is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Where applicable, all deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not properly confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted at the stated odds.
• If a match is cancelled, that selection will be treated as void and counted as 1.00 odds in an accumulator bet.
• The decision of the official sports governing body is final in determining results.
• If there is an obvious error in a score or result, melbet reserves the right to review that bet.

6.3 Casino Games

Each game in the melbet casino has its own RTP and rules. You are advised to read the rules of a game before playing. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game, that game will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Colluding with other users to influence any game or bet

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Provision of incorrect or false identity information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity

• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person being identified
